The Library

Established in 2004 as a unit for documentation and knowledge sharing, the library is a cornerstone in the Norwegian Center for Holocaust and Minority Studies' research and dissemination activities.

  • Religions and life stances
  • Minorities

The collection includes books, journals, movies, sound recordings and private archives. We also provide access to international databases. The library cooperates with other Norwegian and international libraries.

The library provides services to:

  • Employees at the Norwegian Center for Holocaust and Minority Studies
  • Researchers and students
  • Other libraries in the inter-library loan co-operation

What the documents tell us

Our project What the Documents Tell Us presents historical documents collected in connection to the report "Getting Rid of Them: Development of a «Gypsy policy» and extermination of Norwegian Roma".
