I joined the Norwegian Center for Holocaust and Minority Studies in November 2018.
Science communications has been my main occupation for the past seven years, although I was trained as a journalist which was previously my main job. I have a fairly recent master's degree in English literature from the University of Oslo. In August of 2019, my novel "63 måtar å elske deg på" (in English "63 ways of loving you") will be released at Samlaget publishing house.
My core activity here at the Holocaust Center is operational and strategic communications work, which includes a responsibility for
- events at the center
- web publishing
- developing our website and newsletter
- social media and marketing
- media monitoring and media relations
- strategy work
- proofing and other text work
Prior to the Holocaust Center, I worked as a communications advisor at CICERO Center for International Climate Research, where my main responsibility was to support the research groups Climate Policy, Atmospheric Sciences and CICEP Center for International Climate and Energy Policy. I also edited and managed the web magazine KLIMA.
I have taken part in project development, both in communications and research projects, supported application writing and developed communication strategies in different formats.
