Dr. John Wrench works with documenting discrimination and will give an introduction to the current debate in Europe about the value of diversity management as a tool of anti-discrimination in the area of employment. There is a wide difference of opinion here, and evidence of different approaches to diversity and anti-discrimination in various parts of Europe. John Wrench is Head of Sector Research and Analysis at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (formerly the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia).
